WELCOME TO THE PRIVATE ACCOMMODATION „ANA'S HOUSE“, VRHOVEC

If you are staying in Zagreb for business or if you want to see the sights, or if you are just passing through and looking for comfortable accomodation that will remind you of home, you came to the right address!

The rooms are located in a private house in one of the most elitist and quiet Zagreb streets. The house is surrounded by a well groomed garden and an orchard with over 17 different types of trees, and is close to the city center, which provides an ideal combination of nature and the city. Peaceful enviroment and vegetation are especially important for a quality rest, and lovers of long walks can enjoy the Jelenovac park and the forest situated between Vrhovec and Jelenovac Streets.

Within 700 meters there are:

  • a hairdresser

Within 500 m there are:

  • a newsstand
  • a bakery shop
  • a drycleaning shop and a laundry

The main attraction, only a few houses down the road, is the Museum of Contemporary Art, a collection of Vjenceslav Richter and Nada Kareš-Richter, who donated the collection to the City of Zagreb.

We particularly want to stress the vicinity of two hospitals, KBC Sestara milosrdnica in Vinogradska Street, a kilometer away, and Sveti Duh hospital (Hospital of the Holy Spirit) in the eponymous street, 2 km away.

Beer lovers will be especially pleased by the fact that Zagreb's largest brewery with over a hundred years long tradition in brewing is nearby. Also, next to the brewery is „Zagrebačka pivovara,“ one of Zagreb's most famous restaurants with a long-standing tradition.

Lovers of contemporary theater will also feel like home because Teatar Exit, one of the Zagreb's most famous theater houses, is nearby.

All these features have made Vrhovec Street the primary choice of residence for many foreign diplomats during their years of stay in Zagreb, including the residence of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Brasil.
