The apartment is in a private house in the Kraljevec street situated in the residential part of the town between the Tuškanac and Pantovčak streets, where most of the embassies and diplomatic residencies are located. Kraljevec is a very quiet street in a safe suburb surrounded by a green belt without public transportation (the bus stop is at the beginning of the street), which guarantees privacy and peace and quiet to our tenants. The apartment is only three minutes away by car from the Tuškanac public garage in the very heart of the city.

The apartment has three floors of altogether 180 m2. On the first floor there is a large 40 m2 dining room with a nice balcony and a view on the garden and nature, a dining room, a kitchen and a guest bathroom. The second floor has three pretty bedrooms and a comforable bathroom. The third floor is an attic with a mildly sloped roof consisting of one large room and a bathroom. The mansard room also has a 20 m2 terrace. The third floor offers an awesome view of the whole city and the surroundings.
